We want you to love your Caselab case. If it isn't the right fit, you have 30 days from delivery to return it for a full refund.

What we accept

Unused cases in original packaging. Cases showing signs of wear cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.

How to start a return

Email returns@caselab.com with your order number. We'll send a prepaid return label. Refunds are processed within 5 business days of us receiving the return.
