Caselab launches products in limited batches. Orders are fulfilled in the order they are received.

Dispatch

Standard dispatch is 3–5 business days from order confirmation. If demand exceeds capacity, we'll write to you with two options: a full refund, or wait a few extra days and receive a complimentary surprise gift with your order.

Shipping options

• Standard (3–7 business days after dispatch) — Free on orders over $50, otherwise $5
• Expedited (1–3 business days) — Calculated at checkout
• International — Calculated at checkout, duties may apply
